❓ How do I book a trip?
Visit our Events page, select your preferred trip package, and complete checkout. You'll need to provide dietary preferences and emergency contact information.
❓ Where do I pick up merchandise?
Student Union Building, Room 101. Pickup hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:00-14:00. Bring your student ID and order confirmation.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
Swiss QR-Bill (zero fees), Credit/Debit Cards, and TWINT (2.5% fee applies to cards and TWINT).
❓ What's your cancellation policy?
90+ days before trip: 90% refund | 60-90 days: 50% refund | 30-60 days: 25% refund | Less than 30 days: No refund. See full details in our Terms & Conditions.
❓ How is my data protected?
Your personal information is stored securely on Swiss servers with encryption and strict access controls. Only authorized administrators can access your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
❓ Can I get a refund on merchandise?
No refunds after collection. Exchanges accepted within 7 days (unworn with tags). Uncollected orders are automatically refunded after 14 days.
