Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Student Society, doing business as Grad Trip 2026 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a non-for-profit association registered in Canton de Vaud at Epalinges, whose main purpose is to organize the Graduation Trip of each EHL cohort. We are launching Early Bird tickets for this trip. The benefits of partaking in the launch of the 50 Early Bird tickets are as follows: guaranteeing a place on the trip, choosing the accommodation type (based upon availability) and who to share it with, as well as a Grad Trip merch item that will be defined in the future.
The conditions of these tickets are to conduct a first payment of CHF XXX by latest XX, or until availability exists, and the second payment before the 1st of May, 2026.
Please be aware that the advanced payment made is non-refundable in all cases. Ticket resells and transfers cannot be made unless previously authorized by members of the organization.
Important Conditions: Every single attendee is in charge of obtaining their visa and medical insurance, besides having a valid passport to fly on the agreed upon date. The transport to the city and airport of departure is at the own expense and liability of the attendant.
We operate the website https://soldeayer.com/ (the "Site") as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
At the site, users will be able to buy tickets to attend the Grad Trip itself happening at the end of June 2026, mostly for students graduating from EHL in the Class of July 2026. Additionally, merchandise will also be available that will fund the Grad Trip. The website also promotes parties organised by third parties that will also help fund the upcoming trip.
You can contact us by phone at +412892797 / +584241900868, email at constanza.quintana@ehl.ch, or by mail to Route de Berne 303.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in Swiss Francs. Price is subject to change only in the event of unforeseen fuel surcharges or government taxes.
Payment Plan
Early Bird tickets will be issued at XX. The initial deposit of CHF XXX will entitle the user to securing their spot, covering airplane tickets, complimentary items (distributed at EHL directly), and prioritized access to choosing a room type (subject to availability).
The second installment must be received before May 1st, 2026 at 12:00 AM CET. In the case of non-payment by that date, an extension will be given until May 5th, 2026 at 12:00 AM CET, but with a late penalty fee of 10% of the whole ticket. After May 5th, 2026 at 12:00 AM CET, the user will be automatically unenrolled from the Grad Trip and no refund of the deposit will be given.
The payment of this ticket, together with the filled Microsoft Form, these Terms & Conditions, the Liability Discharge, and the Social Media Waiver entitles the user to: two-way economy airplane tickets departing from Adolfo Suárez Barajas Madrid Airport, accommodation for eight nights in a double, triple or quadruple room at the Viva V Samana by Wyndham in the Dominican Republic, all drinks and meals included within the hotel, airport transfers and selected activities. Visa fees, personal insurance, incidental hotel costs, some merchandise items, and entrance to external parties are not included.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable without written consent from the Student Society. If the user wishes to transfer their ticket, they must email constanza.quintana@ehl.ch before the 15th of May, 2026. Any fees incurred by changes will be borne by the user.

The Student Society reserves the right to alter the itinerary (e.g., changing a hotel or excursion) if the original becomes unavailable, provided the replacement is of equal value.
Force Majeure: The Student Society is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by weather, strikes, or political instability.
7. Purchases and Payment (Merchandise)
We accept the following forms of payment for merchandise sales:
- Bank transfers
- Debit cards
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in Swiss Francs. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities purchased per person at our sole discretion.
8. Return / Refunds Policy
Grad Trip Tickets: All sales are final and no refund will be issued. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (usually valid for 6 months beyond the stay) and any necessary visas — visa requirements vary by nationality. If a user is turned away at the border, they are not entitled to a refund. Users must also fill in the Dominican Republic's mandatory electronic entry/exit form themselves. If a user misses the group flight, any costs for a replacement flight are 100% their responsibility.
Merchandise: All sales are final (no returns/exchanges) unless the item is defective.
External Parties: Student Society is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or financial losses occurring at external venues. Student Society is not the organizer of the parties and is not liable for the venue's safety standards or entry policies.
9. Prohibited Activities During the Grad Trip
- Local Jurisdiction: Participants must comply with all laws of the Dominican Republic. Local drug laws are exceptionally severe and often involve mandatory pre-trial detention.
- Legal Consequences: The Committee will not provide legal assistance or bail for any participant arrested for any type of offenses.
- If a user is expelled from the hotel or deported for illegal behavior, the committee bears no responsibility or cost for their early return.
- The Student Society reserves the right to exclude any participant from activities, without refund, whose behavior is deemed dangerous to themselves or others, or significantly disruptive to the group.
- Users are required to follow the rules, terms and conditions of all third parties involved (travel agencies, hotels, venues, airline, etc.).
